Who is this course for?

This programme is intended for line managers who may be newly appointed, in line for a promotion or who have never had formal management training. It focuses on the people management required of a line manager and tries to be very practical. The attendees are given assignments where they are asked to implement the skills they are learning in the workplace. At the end of the programme, they are required to write an open book examination. The programme qualifies for CPD points.

HR Managers who are newly graduated or who do not have formal qualifications would also benefit from this programme.

Duration

• Senior Managers –10 days – delegates attend training 1 day per month for 10 months
• Junior Managers – 6 days – delegates attend training 1 day per month for 6 months
