LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
There are many examples of employees in supervisory and management positions who are uncertain of how to lead their teams to greater performance. This programme integrates through theory and experiential learning, the essential components of leadership in business today.
The Programme enables Managers to integrate their knowledge and practice in Leadership Development. The content is spread over a 6 or 10-month period dependent on the level of the manager as indicated below.
This programme is aimed at Supervisors whose highest Qualification level is below a Matric qualification.
The Supervisor’s Course is run over a 6 month period with delegates attending training one day per month.
This programme is aimed at Middle Management who have Matric plus a further qualification.
The Middle Management Course is run over a 10 month period with delegates attending training one day per month.
This programme will ideally be a Senior Management level i.e. Directors etc
The Senior Management Course is run over a 10 month period with delegates attending training one day per month.

This Programme is Accredited by the SABPP (South African Board for People Practices). Delegates who successfully complete this Programme are award 60 CPD Points.
CPD stands for; Continuing Professional Development. It refers to the process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience that you gain both formally and informally as you work, beyond any initial training. It’s a record of what you experience, learn and then apply. (click here for accreditation status)
The CPD points contributes towards the Company’s BEE spend – Category E: Occupationally Directed Learning Programme
The cost of attending the public training programme is R 1 903.00 per day per delegate (excl VAT) and includes the venue, training material, refreshments and a light lunch.
