JENNY DE VILLIERS
|Desrae is the Managing Member of the Company. She is registered as an HR Practitioner with the South African Board of Personnel Practitioners and has over 30 years of HR Generalist experience. Having qualified from Wits University she began working in the HR field after graduating. Although she has always considered herself a generalist Desrae has extensive Industrial Relations Experience and Training and Development Experience. She has worked across 17 industries.||Jenny joined Connold & Associates in January 2003. She started her Human Resource career in 1997 and has a strong IR background having worked in the Retail Sector. She obtained a B Tech Degree in 1999. Jenny consults as an HR Generalist to several of our clients and has particular strengths in Industrial Relations, Performance Management and Human Resource Administration.||Debbie Mason has been with Connold & Associates since January 1998. Debbie is responsible for the administration of the payrolls as well as acting in an advisory capacity to clients on matters surrounding UIF, WCA, Policies and Procedures and CCMA processes. Debbie is responsible for the co-ordination of training programmes. Debbie has very strong administration skills and is the longest-serving member of the team.|
|Tessa Lourens has been an HR Consultant with Connold & Associates since 1 January 2001 and has over 13 years experience in the Human Resources field. Her previous experience includes Human Resource Management in the travel industry.|
Tessa consults to Connold clients on HR Generalist issues, with particular focus on HR Administration, job descriptions, recruitment, policies and procedures and is also responsible for the coordination of training programmes.
Tessa acts as the Skills Development Facilitator for many of our clients and is responsible for the compilation and submissions of skills reports to various Setas as well as for the submission of client’s Employment Equity reports to the Department of Labour.
|Kevin Pearson has extensive Human Resource experience having worked in the Food Manufacturing Industry and construction industry for 21 years. Kevin joined Connold & Associates in 2006 and is responsible for project work related to the audit of HR systems and processes, performance management, compensation management, recruitment and job descriptions and organization development.||Annamé joined the team in July 2008 and is based in Klerksdorp. She consults on both HR and IR issues to our existing clients in the North-Western region and will be assisting with expanding our client base in this region.|
After beginning her career in Social Work, she gained HR and IR experience ranging from general HR issues to the compilation of Skills Development and Equity Plans and Reports as well in IR related matters.
Annamé also has recruitment experience but her expertise is within the HR and IR environment.
|Roelien joined Connold & Associates in October 2013 as an HR Consultant. She holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and has over 7 years of experience as an HR generalist, specialising in HR departmental setup, policies and procedures, contracts, recruitment, skills development, employment equity, staff communication and labour advice. Roelien gained extensive HR experience working in the business services, project management, construction and transport sectors.||Tammy is an HR Generalist with an extensive background in Organisational Development, Performance Management, Skills Development and Employee Relations Management Skills.|
She has a particular passion for Talent Development and is constantly seeking out opportunities in this area to add value to organisations and its people’s growth.
Tammy also works with youth skills development programmes such as workplace readiness and life skills programmes.
|Kamesha joined Connold and Associates on 1 March 2015. Kamesha’s HR experience expands from the Retail to Manufacturing, Construction and Engineering sectors. She is a HR Generalist with over 8 years of experience in the human resources field and qualified with majors in Industrial Psychology from the University of KZN.|
Kamesha has gained most of her experience from the Consulting Services and Engineering sectors and before joining Connold, she managed the HR function on the Medupi project.
Employee motivation and job satisfaction are key factors of ensuring that productivity levels are enhanced and her style of HR allows for the empowering of employees, to ensure that they are always encouraged and inspired on the job. Kamesha enjoys implementation of policies and procedures, strategic HR consulting, business partnering and change management processes.
|Maretha has joined Connold and Associates effective March 2016, prior to her joining, being a client for 17 yrs. She has over 25 yrs, HR experience related to Government, Manufacturing, Retail and Property Management industries. She obtained a B.Com (HR) and B.Com Hons (Industrial Relations) She considers herself as a strong HR generalist, which include training, staff counselling, IR and organisation development.||Helma joined Connold and Associates in February 2020.|
She started her HR career in the Retail and Wholesale industry in 2001 and moved on to the Medical industry where she also moved into the compliance arena in a multinational corporation.
Qualified with a B.Com (Law) degree from the University of the Free State and embarking on an MBA, she has more than 12 years HR experience with particular strengths in Industrial relations and Training and Organisational Development.
