Who is this course for?
This programme is aimed at line managers who are required to have a good understanding of all the legislation required to manage people in the workplace. The course explains the legislation applicable (8 acts) and best practices in implementing the legislation. It also takes managers through the accepted processes required to fairly counsel, discipline and dismiss an employee and what is required to prepare for CCMA conciliation and arbitration process.
The course is run as a public course at the Connold & Associates Offices, but can be run as an internal course at the client premises.
