Who is this course for?

Candidates should be those responsible for Employment Equity and Skills Development submissions as Human Resource practitioners or Employment Equity Managers as well as employees who have been nominated to serve on Employment Equity and Skills Development Committees.  The course will explain their responsibilities as committee members and take them through the legislation that they are required to ensure compliance to.  They will be provided with a training manual containing legislation and applicable report formats.
