2023-02-24Over the last 10- or 15-years recruitment, both for the employer and for the employee has become challenging. For employees, all applications have to be done through the internet, incurring significant investments in time and money and with seldom even a confirmation that the mail has been received.
For employers, the cost of using a recruitment consultant is high and still carries some risk, but advertising yourself will lead to an avalanche of CV’s, many of whom will not be even vaguely suitable for the position.
We have been looking at assisting our clients with a solution to help you save time with screening CV’s. We have developed a RECRUITMENT TOOL that will save you the time required to physically screen the CV’s as we can supply you with a customised spreadsheet of data of all the candidates that applied for your vacancy. From this spreadsheet, you can then sort and filter to short-list candidates quickly and easily.
The recruitment advertisement is placed under your organisation’s name, using available internet platforms, including using your company website or LinkedIn profile and thereby boosting your brand within the marketplace.
We have two options on offer to assist you with your recruitment needs:
Option 1
- Connold and Associates will compile a customised application form that will gather all the information needed from candidates
- We will then provide the client with a link to the application form that must be included in the vacancy advertisement
- Candidates must complete the online application form as part of the application process
- The data gathered from the completed application form is then pulled through to a spreadsheet
- The spreadsheet can then be easily filtered and sorted to short list candidates
- We then provide the client with the CVs of only the short-listed candidates
Option 2: (Follow on of option 1 with an added service)
- Connold & Associates handles the vacancy advertisement by drawing up and placing the advertisement on certain platforms
- The initial screening and short-listing of possible candidates is then processed based on the job requirements
- Telephonic screening of candidates is done and feedback on the outcome of these telephonic interviews is forwarded to the client
- Actual interviews are conducted either by the client or by Connold and Associates
- Reference checks on candidates are processed
- The required credit and criminal checks are processed by Connold and Associates
- Invoicing on this option will be based on actual time spent on the process
