This Course is the online Performance Review and Management Software System
This training is for line managers who are required to manage and measure the performance of their subordinates. In the training, the learners will understand the reasons for introducing performance management, explore motivation and incentives that can be implemented and how to conduct an appraisal interview to achieve motivation for the staff. The do’s and don’ts of performance management are explored.
Recommended for companies who are implementing or renewing a performance management system linked to incentives. The programme analyses the purposes for having such a programme and trains managers and staff in what they are required to do to prepare and conduct a successful appraisal and performance measurement programme.
