Connold and Associates had its origins in 1991 when the company identified a need for smaller companies to have access to an outsourced Human Resource service.

The company provides a generalist service to companies who either do not have a Human Resource Department or who require assistance with their Human Resources processes.

The main concern should lie with whether or not your Employment Equity Plan is in the format required by the Employment Equity Regulations, Government Gazette No. 37873 which were promulgated on the 1st August 2014.

    Facilitation of all Industrial Relations matters including Disciplinary, Counselling, Grievance and CCMA Processes.


  • Skills Development

    The skills development work place skills plans (WSP) and annual training reports (ATR) should be submitted by 30 April of each year. Once this is done, you can focus on funding opportunities through the PIVOTAL Grants and the Discretionary Grants which are available for your industry.
