We are currently
running a 10 day programme as a “public course” for our client
base. This training programme is aimed at providing soft skills
training for managers so that they can more effectively manage the
people who report to them. The course covers a number of topics
and is run one day per month for 10 months. There are assignments
in between where the trainees are required to apply the skills
they have learned.

legislation affecting decision-making and people management
processes in businesses today, it is critical that we are all
empowered with the latest knowledge and information relating to
Industrial Relations. This programme is a detailed yet
simplistic guideline to the legislation and provides appropriate
practices to operate within the law. It is ideal for staff in

relations training is a 2-day programme. Participants are
encouraged to participate actively and apply this critical
knowledge to ensure appropriate compliance. Each participant
will receive a manual, which contains reference to the latest
legislation and guidelines for appropriate practices. This
training programme is accredited with the Services SETA. |

Programme covers some of these most essential skills and
techniques that greatly enhance motivation and personal

Programme Overview
The content is
facilitated over a two-day programme. It includes many
experiential exercises allowing the participants to apply and
integrate the learning into their every day lives. The
principles of emotional intelligence, goal orientation, personal
finance and business etiquette are emphasized. Ideally the two
days will be run at least 6 month apart. |

This intervention is
a 1-day programme for Managers required to carry out performance
management processes and a three hour intervention for
employees. It has proven to motivate managers, supervisors and
team leaders to instil an appropriate performance culture within
the organisation. It provides a framework, which ensures
commitment towards meeting the company’s strategic goals. |
