Desrae is the
Managing Member of the Company. She is registered as a HR
Practitioner with the South African Board of Personnel
Practitioners and has over 30 years HR Generalist experience.
Having qualified from Wits University she began working in the
HR field after graduating. Although she has always considered
herself a generalist Desrae has extensive Industrial Relations
Experience and Training and Development Experience. She has
worked across 17 industries. |

Pleia has responsibility for the Recruitment function at Connold and
Associates. Having worked in the Recruitment industries for some
years she joined Connold and Associates in 2003 to administer their
unique recruitment solution for small companies. Pleia is also
responsible for carrying out psychometric assessments and carrying
out intensive background checks into candidates. |

Jane is our Skills
Development Co-ordinator and has been involved with the company
in a number of projects since 2002. Jane has been involved with
Skills Development in the Hotel Industry for 27 years and was an
assessor for THETA from it's inception. She has extensive
experience in Training Management as well as her specialised
area of skills development, having performed training needs
analysis and developed skills development programmes as well as
designing accredited training materials. Jane is currently
responsible for all our clients skills development reporting and
works with 17 SETA’s as well as taking responsibility for
clients BEE and Employment Equity activities. |

Jenny joined Connold
& Associates in January 2003. She started her Human Resource
career in 1997 and has a strong IR background having worked in
the Retail Sector. She obtained a B Tech Degree in 1999. Jenny
consults as an HR Generalist to several of our clients and has
particular strenghts in Industrial Relations, Performance
Management and Human Resource Administration. |

Tessa Lourens has
been an HR Consultant with Connold & Associates since 1 January
2001. Her previous experience includes Human Resource Management
in the travel industry. Tessa consults to clients on HR
Generalist issues, with particular focus on job descriptions,
recruitment and assessment and policies and procedures. |

Debbie Mason has
been with Connold & Associates since January 1998. Debbie is
responsible for the administration of the payrolls as well as
acting in an advisory capacity to clients on matters surrounding UIF, WCA, Policies and Procedures and CCMA
processes.
Debbie is responsible for the co-ordination of training
programmes.
Debbie has very
strong administration skills and is the longest serving member
of the team. |

Kevin Pearson has
extensive Human Resource experience having worked in the Food
Manufacturing Industry and construction industry for 21 years.
Kevin joined Connold & Associates in 2006 and is responsible
for project work related to the audit of HR systems and
processes, performance management, compensation management,
recruitment and job descriptions and organization development. |

Celeste van der
Merwe has extensive HR experience in the Construction industry
working as a HR Manager in one of the big five companies. She
joined Connold & Associates in 2004 and consults as an HR
Generalist to several of our clients with particular emphasis on
recruitment, compensation management and policies and
procedures. Celeste is also responsible for the accreditation
of training programmes with the relevant SETA’s. |

Penny joined Connold
and Associates with 25 years HR experience in the
Fast Moving Consumer Goods HR environment.
Penny has strong
administrative skills as well as extensive exposure to the SAP
system. Penny assists with the preparation of skills and
employment equity reports and with general Human Resource
Administration and Recruitment. |

Marita Lennox
assists the Company with their clients in the Western Transvaal.
Marita was employed in the Retail Industry in a senior
Management position and then moved into Human Resources in the
Finance Sector. She has a Generalist HR consultancy based
in Klerksdorp and is skilled in Industrial Relations,
Compensation Management, Payroll Processes and Training and
Development. Marita has been involved in the development and
implementation of learnerships in the Banking Industry. |

Andrea joined
Connold & Associates in August 2007 and holds the position of
Company Administrator. She is responsible for the accounting
function of the company and general administrative duties, both
for the company and for our clients. Andrea's experience
includes a banking and Accounting background as well as
excellent communication and organisational skills. |

Jocelyn joined
Connold & Associates in March 2008. Having qualified in Human
Resources Management in 1993, Jocelyn has gained in excess of 12
years generalist HR experience. She has extensive experience
in recruitment, industrial relations, CCMA
representation, performance management and Employment Equity.
Jocelyn has worked in the mining, insurance and retail
industries." |

Margaret has a
wealth of knowledge in the Industrial Relations field as well as
general Human Resources matters. She has a National Diploma in
Human Resources, and Certificate in Labour Relations and an
Advanced Certificate in Employment. Margaret is currently
studying an Advanced Course in Human Resources Management. |

Annamé joined the team in July 2008 and is based in Klerksdorp. She consults on both HR and IR issues to our existing clients in the North Western region and will be assisting with expanding our client base in this region.
After beginning her career in Social
Work, she gained HR and IR experience ranging from general HR issues to the
compilation of Skills Development and Equity Plans and Reports as well in IR related
matters
Annamé also has
recruitment experience but her expertise is within
the HR and IR environment |

Leonora Moore joined
Connold and Associates in 2008. Her previous experience includes
Recruitment and HR management in the construction industry. She
qualified in HR Management in 2006 and obtained a under-graduate
degree in Advanced Labor Law in 2007. Leonora consults to
clients on HR generalist issues with particular focus on IR. |
